Restaurant booking counter and more

Where restaurants use social proof

  • The reservations page

A counter of tables booked today next to the booking button nudges a visitor who is comparing places.

  • The menu page

Your real Google rating as a small badge where people read prices.

  • After the meal

A one-question feedback card linked from the receipt text, with the answer landing in GoHighLevel.

  • Slow nights

A prize wheel for the email list, with entries arriving as contacts for your midweek offer workflow.

Honest proof only

The widgets show what you type in. Use real counts and real guest words; invented numbers mislead diners and can break advertising rules.

Questions from the bar

GoHighLevel social proof widget FAQs

What is a social proof notification?

A small card that appears on a website to show that other people are booking, reviewing or visiting, such as “14 tables booked today” or a 4.8-star Google rating. It reassures a hesitant visitor at the moment they decide.

Can widget leads go into GoHighLevel?

Yes, on Chef's Table. Email collectors, request forms, countdown offers and prize wheels can send each entry into GoHighLevel as a contact, ready for your welcome or offer workflow.

Do I have to show real numbers?

You should, and we recommend it strongly. The widgets display what you enter; showing invented bookings or reviews misleads guests and can break consumer-protection rules.

Will notifications slow my site?

They are drawn by the customizer’s script after your page content, in a corner or an inline slot, so they do not hold up the menu or the booking button. Test any page with your usual speed tool before and after.

Can I show them inside GoHighLevel too?

Some templates are made for inside GoHighLevel, such as onboarding counters, WhatsApp support and upgrade coupons, shown to the people who log in.

How many can run at once?

Chef's Table allows up to 15 live notifications. Keep as many drafts as your saved-template limit allows.

Can I collect feedback after a meal?

Yes. Emoji, score and written feedback widgets ask one quick question, for example how the visit went, and can send the answer to GoHighLevel.

Which package includes notifications?

Notifications and social proof are on Chef's Table ($787 once), with popups, calculators and floating widgets.
